Avoid sanitising and disinfecting by having a new Sterile head for each treatment!

Im gladi tried it first on my hand it would have ripped my face off

The ad is misleading. There is no way this item is worth £5, unless someone is taking a huge mark up. I would recommend you go somewhere else - you certainly can buy much cheaper.
The replacement head was different to the one that comes on the box.
