USB-C Charger Cord

I recently purchased LUX charging cords. Upon arrival, I received 4 charging cords, all for different devices but non fit my IPL. I contacted LUX direct and they have advised they do not sell separately the charging cords, and instead advised voltage specs to seek out in local or online stores. I have a charger at home that fits, but doesn’t charge, so assume it could be a voltage issue. Anyway, this is extremely frustrating.
